Who We Are

Rooted Ones is a mentoring program that empowers young men in Greater New Orleans through a journey of forming a personal relationship with a positive role model. Mission focused on ending the school to prison pipeline. Mentees learn to become leaders, build healthy relationships, develop academic skills, and receive guidance from our community leaders. All mentors meet regularly with their mentees for fun outings and structured activities where they can learn from one another.
